The vehicles shown on the website are the actual vehicles?

YES, we do not use stock images for our vehicles. The photos are of the actual vehicles, what you see is what you will RENT!

How do I make a reservation?

In order to make a reservation please submit a BOOKING REQUEST or call. In order to confirm a reservation a deposit will be needed.

What are the Rental Requirements?

Driver’s must be 25+ years old. A valid credit card and PRE-Authorization is required. Driver’s with “N” designation are subject to a surcharge.

Payment options - CREDIT CARDS (AMEX, VISA, MC) and Cash. We do not accept debit payments.

Rental costs are to be paid at the start of the rental.

What about insurance coverages?

As our vehicle values typically exceed usual Credit Card Coverages of ($80k) - WE offer a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) at a varied cost per day. The LDW limits your liability in the case of Loss. Feel free to contact us for further information.

What about Fuel and KM allowance?

Included in the daily rate is 150km/day, exceeding the mileage allowance is subject to charge. You are expected to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as you received at start of rental.

Do you offer drop off or delivery services?

YES we do! We offer FREE Downtown Vancouver Delivery. YVR Delivery and Pick-up is $100. For other delivery locations please inquire.

Do you allow Pets or Smoking?

No we do not allow either within our vehicles. Charges apply for excess cleaning.
